Help CenterSome venues apply limits as to how many bookings can be made within a set time frame. If you have reached your maximum bookings, then you will see this following screen.
Here you will be able to view your other bookings by clicking on the 'View my bookings' button and cancel a current booking. Or click on 'Book another court' and select a court further in the future.
Players are permitted to make one court booking per day, with a maximum duration of two hours. Click here to view our guide on how to book a court.
If you'd like to play more than once in a day, such as a morning game followed by an evening match, we suggest asking your playing partner to book the second session. This way, both of you can enjoy additional time on the courts while adhering to the booking policy.
